Oracle Academy has upgraded to Application Express 22.2. All new workspaces and accounts will be created in this new environment.

To request APEX 22.2 accounts:

1. Sign in to the Oracle Academy Member Hub.
2. Click the "Oracle Academy APEX" tile and then "Request APEX Workspaces & Accounts".
